I have opened a demat account jointly with my wife.On 19-11-2019 I have been informed from your branch at Kolkata (RSB ) that all my shares held in my account have been blocked for operations, I cannot sell my shares nor can I close the account and transfer my holdings to another broker's demat account. Please help me get out of problem and when SEBI will allow us to trade. Thank you.
