1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT need to wait 30+ mint. For reply of hello! How can we address our issue. Then if we raise ticket which will be provided after 2 days which could not be rely with actual usage in issue resolving.
2. USER INTERFACE as well system functioning of GROWW is highly poor As i tried SIP autopay which is not processing and failed everytime without any valid reason for which customer support suggest to use web browser rather than app but this has same failure. Poor system + and poor app.
3. I dont know how much i will suffer further just AMC charges is negotiable otherwise i am not satisfied with Groww.
