I have transfer 2lacs on19.03.2021 but not refunding nor credit my account not reliable person

They are crooks... they squared off my position 4 hours before expiry and now not replying to my complaint.


Can anyone tell me to whom i can complaint about them ? Like some other regulating body.


Really unprofessional and not recommendable at all...

If your position is options buying and it is supposed to be under the ITM option, then you need to square off your position. otherwise, you should be eligible to buy equal qty of cash by physical delivery (Google the physical delivery of ITM option).

In such case, you don't have enough amount in your T Account, then zerodha helps you by square off your ITM position by themselves. Otherwise, a huge penalty will be imposed to you by NSE as per Sebi physical settlement rule.

If the above case is not applicable to you, then pls ignore my statement.
