I just checked and in all my 4 accounts one share each has been bought back. Which means full buyback for 1 share.
And I applied on the last or second last day of buyback closure.
So pls do not misguided on the firstncome first served basis.
It is never done.
Check what.went wrong. Maybe the buyback applications were not tendered for those who applied towards closing dates.
