I am surprised on the day 1 and day 2 aspect. Hearing it for the first time.
My experience in buyback clearly affirms there is nothing like first come first served on buybacks.
I applied 1 share of Bajaj auto in buyback in 4 accounts on same day, probably the second last day, and either all or 3 of them are in accepted status. Sometimes, do not get all smses from my broker so will check online separately today.
So pls do not mislead and check with your brokers if at all they lodged the buyback properly.
