I have 500 shares on record date and received the email for the same and shares entitled to tender under the buyback offer is 36 in email received from company. Anyone please let me know how many shares will be accepted in below conditions if AR is 20%
If:
1. I will apply 36 shares
2. I will apply 100 shares
3. I will apply 500 shares

@Inder, Your computation for 2) & 3) is not correct.
1) submitting only 36 will guarantee 36 acceptance
2) Submitting more than 36 will also guarantee 36 acceptance + additional quantity based on actual AR. AR decision is what need to be counted for additional share acceptance.
