I was given a plan called Angel Preferred of Rs. 25,000/- for which they promised a brokerage for Equity Delivery as 0.24% but they are charging me 0.5% on both Buy & Sell for Equity Delivery, I am cheated and completely unhappy with there service.

As my transaction is between 20 Lakh and 35 lakh they should provide me a brokerage of 0.128 % but they are charging me 0.5 %. And no response from there team as well.
