They are cheaters. they wont give you the full information while getting your account opened. i wasnt informed about the minimum brokerage charges that are Rs 30 per transaction. The sales representative didnt tell me that interest would be charged @18%p.a. As a new entrant to market i was shocked and felt cheated by the broker. Their customer care services are also pathetic. ONe will not get the answer and all youll get is frustrated. Ask for all the details before opening the account.
I was told that the brokerage would be only 0.12%. what i wasnt told that Rs 30 would be charged per trade and the brokerage would be 0.26%
Minimum brokerage- Rs 30 per trade
Interest on Credit purchase of shares - If you pay within T+2 days no interest would be charged, if not then 18%p.a. would be charged from the first day.
I would recomend that new entrants consult someone before opening account.
