Feedback Message Board

Sorry guys the message was cut short somehow. I was charged Rs.23 and Rs.28 brokerage in two day apart from 0.032% agreed earlier. I called my RM and he said "there is a lot of call flow, we will talk later". I got a call from feedback team and explained everything to them. Still there was no response. I called my lcoal contact person and he said a min. of Rs.30 would be charged as brokerage for every order. This thing was not told at the time of opening the account.
