We believe all your concerns have been clarified by our complaint Manager, Ms. Hemangi, via email dated 17th June 2016.

Regarding your query, we would again like to state that the brokerage is charged as per the slab agreed mutually between the client and the TM which gets captured in the account opening documents. Further, stamp duty is charged as per the regulations and does not form part of the TM''s income i.e we are mandated by regulations to collect the same from our clients and pay that same amount to the Government as a result of which we regret our inability to reverse the same.
