Dear Sir, Duration of buy back process means (buy back record date to payment paid by the company to the shareholder, how long does the company take for this process??? please clear my doubt

As per new guidelines, buyback should be completed within one month.

As per the offer document, the payment and credit of unaccepted shares will be done on or before 14th August.
