If I have 1 share of teamlease in my account on record date and as the record date passes I gift this 1 share from my zerodha account to my mom's zerodha account as we have facility of gifting shares in zerodha than will this 1 share which is now in mom's account be eligible for buyback ??If I apply for buyback from mom's account will this share be taken by the company ?

The answer to your question is NO.

You can buy this script in your account again and can tender from your account only for being eligible for BB. Your mother is not eligible to tender share which means her order will be rejected by RTA.
