Since the time I opened the D Mat a/c with Kotak Securities. I have nothing but REGRET. No one takes the responsibility to help customer.

The A/c are randomly transferred from one dept to another. The customer service is not reachable.I tried over 20 times from 11am to 2.30 pm still all rep are busy .
80k worth of assets was almost lost.
I am writing this regret page because of their treatment. I sold all my equities no matter it generated profit/loss.I had been trading since one year but compelled to close the a/c. It was the headache I purchased with my money.Most of the time customer service rep does not know what information they are providing.
I sold all my equities, and but was almost impossible to withdraw the funds. I see how apexchargeback ,com have been helping people with withdrawal issues and the accounts that was falsely drained, I reach and they were able to reclaim 80% of my assets . I leave Kotak for good.
