Very bad experience on customer service. It is not worth wasting time with Kotak & end up with the worst bureaucratic process. Take your money / savings else where. In today’s service oriented world, wonder what do Kotak employees spend time on !

App interface is bad compared to competitors. This broker can simply be dumped.
