I agree with teh comments below.. After read the comments i still went ahead and open the acocunt with Kotak as I bank with them and being one of premium customer for Kotak I thought they will provide teh brokerage promised.. But to my horror even after the changes deing done on the account opening pages they didn''t up that brokerage / minimum charge but the standard.. Queries to the account opening agent and customer service have not been responded in last 2 weeks... If they do this to teh existing premium customer I can''t beleive what they will do with only securities customer.. Avoid them.. I have been doing broking with sharekhan for 10 years without issue so will continue with them
I wrote this message after contacting you on the email id given in teh message as that is teh escalation id.. Your first levcel support atleast acknoledged the complaint.. but I never ever received a response form this email id.. Not sure if escalation works if there is no response.. No one got in touch with me nor called to ask the issue. I do acknoledge I received a email with chnages done to my account, I am not debating if it is to my satisfaction or not as it seems I am banging my head to a wall since last 2 months to get what i signed up an easier to move on than get it resolved.I beleive you have a right to price your product at any level and its my choice to take it or not. Problem is Kotak should have never opened account in first place with a commitment they are not going to fulfill.
But just wanted to put a word saying that yes I did get a response at last.
