While they claim free brokerage. They keep on charging brokerage. While they claim lower charge, they charge more cash margin. Hence lower charges are of no use. Their APP and platform are the worst. Customer service is pathetic. Lots of restriction in option trading due to low liquidity. How can liquidity improve if the trades are restriced. Opend my account and closed with in three months. ICICI does not bother. Complaints are not addressed properly.
