I have sent an email already with subject line " Comments from Site". I have just now received acknowledgement of the email that I sent to coo@icicidirect.com Monday, January 12, 2009 as my emails to head quality service couldn't be delivered.
So far I have received very good service from ICICI Bank's NRI division and I don't hesitate to acknowledge that in this public forum. So my request is 'Please don't force your loyal customers to look for other banks'. We need total banking/investment solution and I am sure that service provided by ICICI Bank Group is more than enough for those needs.
