Is it worth buying SBICARDS at 730?

Because of the world's current situation, the market is going down, and we can't do anything about it. I hope everything will be ok as soon as possible, but I will try to choose a new investment platform to secure my money until then. I stand between webull vs robinhood. Both are great and not new to the market, but I don't know which one is more secure and which one works better. I think Robinhood is better.
