Hello, I have 17500 Teledata Informatics shares which have been delisted with value of 36.11 as per empanelled valuers as per below mail but the company promoters or registered address is not traceable:
"Dear Sir/ Madam,
We note that you are a shareholder of Teledata Informatics Limited, you are requested to kindly take a note that the equity shares of your company (Teledata Informatics Limited) are delisted (withdrawn from admission to dealings) from the Exchange w.e.f March 24, 2017.
The value of the equity shares of the company is arrived at Rs. 36.11 per share after valuation conducted by empanelled valuers as per SEBI Delisting Regulations, 2009.
The onus of giving exit to the public shareholders is on the promoters of the company. You may contact the promoters of the company mentioned in public notice available on National Stock Exchange website. The path of public notice is given below for your ready reference:
nseindia.com> corporates> compliance information> Public Notice-Compulsory Delisting > Final Public Notice / 04-Mar-2017.
Disclaimer: The said information is provided for Investor’s interest. For any further queries in this matter
you may contact your company."

Can someone please advise what could be done in such a case since there is no resolution yet to liquidate my holding.

Regards
Neeraj
