I have 1600 shares of Optiemus Infracom (BSE Scrip code 530135) which are not transferred in buyers name. Original transfer deed available but unable to trace the seller as the company which sold the shares is liquidated and no whereabouts of promoter is available. Could anyone guide how to get the shares transferred as RTA is asking for new transfer deed along with the sellers PAN card etc. I could also sell upfront as is if someone is interested to buy.
