all these InvIT funds.. do they have any downside limit? if it was given at 100 can it go to 80? what kind of debt instrument is this where they promise 12% return on dividend.. what;s the use if principal is not protected and why did people subscribe?

Only for Listing Gain.. I am an Engineer..For such Projects with 15 Years Life , minimum ROI Norm 20% else Non Viable.
