down. I m having few shares want to average out. Don''''t know if it is the right price to average around 945. (holding @ 1060)

My friend wants to open minor account for IPOs that are coming this month. I suggested Skhan but the skhan is rejecting and wasted time of 5 months in spite of applying many times with all supportive docs prvided. Can anybody provide an online broker that will open dmat account instantly?
