Kyaaa thamasha thekharai SVPCL i felt that all the times court verdict may come in favour of the investors. Hope better good luck to my other bkaras who invested like me.

UPDATE AS ON 26/07/2008:

The issuer company filed an appeal in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. M/s UTI Securities Ltd the post-issue Lead Manager of the IPO, had moved an application in the Supreme Court seeking directions from the Supreme Court regarding refund of money to investors. The matter has been listed for 16th June 2008.

Upon hearing the counsel on 16/06/2008, the court posted the matter to 11th July 2008 for final disposal. Subsequently, the matter is posted for hearing on 4th August 2008. We will update the investors as soon as we get to know from the court/issuer company/lead managers.

Please check -aarthiconsultants.com as per them, next date 4.08.2008

this is rediclous ....friends i have invested in svpcl near about one lakh rupees....tell me what is my fault...svpcl is a very greedy company...they know that presnetly in the share market if they will come again with ipo ..no one will apply..thats why they want to grab our money ..freinds take hard step other wise ...svpcl hume loot dalega

i have applied for shares in svpcl ....its about year i m not getting my money back...its pathetic on the part of svpcl who is creating problem for those investor ...who shows intrest in their company ....tell me the fault of investor ...shuld we hanged ourselves in front of svpcl office or what ...suggest us
