what Does it mean?. What was Order of the Honble Court dtd 16/6?The court order dtd16/6/08 was in favour of BSE /UTI securities or otherwise.Please clarify if possible.Thank you sir, inanticipation,

How we shall come to know about your money refunded by the company? Will the send the money direct to the bank or will they inform via email first?

to i have called Aarthi Consultants Private Limited who is registrar of this issue, they have confirmed that till now they have not received any orders from court stating that 'refund the money to investors', i am really pity if our indian courts & laws, they are playing with life of small investros, we request our honorable court to wakeup and save our hard earned money.

please communicate if possible about the development taken place after Dasti Notice served by Honble Supreme Court of India on 11/12 July 08 for disposal of civil appeal no.4129 of 2008 regarding refund of investers money in IPO of M/S SVPCL Limited.
We request UTI securities to please arrange to refund the invested amount to the investers, matter of payment of interest may be taken care later on.

better to make arrangments to die, i don't think this will clear atleast by this year end as per official news from svpcl, by the time it clears in court compnay may be in position to submit IP.

With reference to your query on the IPO of SVPCL Limited (issuer company),
we would like to inform as under:

1) M/s SVPCL Ltd (the issuer company) has filed an Appeal at Securities
Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai on 10/03/2008. The appeal filed by the
issuer company was dismissed by SAT vide its order dated 09/05/08.

2) SVPCL had preferred an appeal in the Hon’ble Supreme Court against SAT
order dated 09/05/2008. M/s UTI Securities Ltd had moved an application in
the Supreme Court seeking directions from the Supreme Court regarding
refund of money to investors.

3) Upon hearing the counsel on 16/06/08, the court ordered for listing
this matter in the 2nd week of July 2008 for final disposal.

The matter is sub-judice. We will update the investors through our website
as soon as we get to know from the issuer company / lead managers.
