Yeah ,it is same anant in our group.i have verified it is him by many ways like he said i am going to sell nupur & bulk deal it was there & LinkedIn profile etc,so it is genuine.He makes some money where people think it is waste ipo or avoid. He has different approach since he has a lot of capital.

Why don't they simply sell all their assets and deposit money in a Savings bank account?
Interest earned annually
on 15518 lacs
@ 4% rate
will be approx 620 lacs
way more than their annual profit of 72 lacs

that too without doing anything.

Real estate is more resilient in this stock market turn around. But in sab chutke real estate developers ki halat bekar hai. Whole real estate market is black and grey in India. Listing in stock market wound make then white.
