Issue Size (IPO)

Issue size in an IPO is given either as the number of shares or in value terms. e.g. 5,00,000 shares or Rs 500 Cr

Issue size means the number of securities the issuing company offers in an Initial Public Offering or Follow-on Public Offering. It determines the total capital that the company intends to raise. An IPO's issue volume is specified as the number of shares or the value. The issue size in terms of value is calculated by multiplying the total number of shares by the final offer price.

For Example, TBO Tek IPO Details is offering 16,856,623 shares for Rs 1,550.81 Cr.
