[Dilip Davda] The company is operating in a highly competitive and fragmented segment. It is engaged in trading activities only and has no own unit for manufacturing. It operates on third party contracts. Tiny equity post-IPO indicates longer gestation period for migration. Based on FY24 annualized super earnings, the issue appears fully priced. 9M-FY24 financial data appears fabricated in a pre-IPO period. There is no harm in skipping this “High Risk/Low Return” bet.
