Everyone knows that yes bank will come down to 14rs or less on listing date. I don't understand why yes bank is not going for a free fall upto rs 15 in secondary market. Who is buying yes bank from secondary market? Will the share start falling after closure of FPO date and trap retail investors
Public shareholders of yes bank are heavily lending their unlocked shares in SLBM to earn Rs7-8 per share in a month...
Are they really thinking that they are earning in SLBM? They are actually helping to drag yes bank share price at lower and ultimately in long term this will impact on their 75% locked shares...
If FPO not list in decent range then it will be bad impact on yes bank share price, it will take very long time to cross today's share price range...
Yes bank is already in a big mess. It will take years to clear the mess and stabilize the company and bring confidence in customers. Don't expect any magic here...
There is no preference to existing Yes bank share holders. Since issue size is huge, there will be firm allotment for everyone irrespective of number of lots applied.

People are dreaming about on buying cheap price in listing day. But it is day dreaming. Big elephants like lic and all amc having good amount cash grab tat. Poor retail investors all suffer with loss and exit with small gaun.
At 3.00 PM, Mr Anil Singhvi of ZEE NEWS CLARIFIED THAT IN YES BANK FPO, Lock period of 30 days is only for Anchor Investors. For Retail, no locking period.
Tomorrow it will open for QIP. We will get an idea about the interest levels of large investors. even LIC is putting in money including HDFC, SBI. All these are long term investors and they will not sell their shares on listing
Hello. Two questions, shall appreciate the response. (1) In new method of IPO, can a retail investor apply simply through net banking ( Like the way we did in year 2016 and 2017) (2) In using net banking, if net banking of bank permits adding 4 names, can we apply all 4 applicants from single account. Thanks
