Retail category can be applied till 5PM.

@Mravi sir: As its fixed price ipo, so share movement from HNI to retail will happen here to equalize demand in both category so it will be approx 48-49X in both retail/HNI so as per that, you will be allotted max 4 lots, no chance of 5 lots here....

Short term gain treatment remains same to Resident & Nonresidents at 15% of the gain. Tax needs to be paid. For NRIs there is TDS of 33.9% on sale of shares. This can be claimed by filing income tax returns.

@ QU Ai, I think you are wrong on sale of shares. For me only short or long term capital gain is getting deducted. TDS of 33.9% is on dividend.

From what I've observed of Noorul, he's a pretty straight shooter... And even if he has fibbed, a person who applied seeing his msg and got alloted could have exited at a handsome profit today 😉

@noorul: Being senior, i think its better that we don't even inform about no. of lots instead of posting wrong no. of lots....simply it can be informed that applied in hni when we don't want to disclose.....because its all about trust on us that we put up correct info in forum....
@avenue: since now everyone knows about BOA so its obvious will get doubts and they can ask, no one will know what is strategy behind giving wrong info etc, what we see here in public forum is only what we come to know and trust...

So the point is either we don't mention lot number or we mention proper, since in BOA it can be verified most of the times, and anyways i don't think people (atleast not me) will take these lots info posts seriously now after seeing multiple incidents....

I feel some people on chittorgarh are being too defensive in respect of each other that they are not allowing even genuine questions to be posted .... And this is not in respect to this message trail but seen it quite a few times now.....
And asking for respect for being active on this website from before is the most rediculous thing anyone can ask for.....
If a new member can be questioned for giving any false info then why not old members....

I hope you do know how many FAKE new members join to purposely FINGER the old members.... Well HNI Sambhal Jao had that new member flag. Also his statement " not pointing at you... Fake statement..." was worded in a way that implies that he's Fingering someone. If you are aware of the past history of multiple ids and nefarious elements doing the same, then your accusation is over done.

Coming to what Noorul did... His statement of lots application was to give confidence to others who look upto him for guidance on whether IPOs should be applied or not. Heck, even i would read what Noorul, Lokes, Avenue, etc have to say in their IPO Analysis. With Noorul, I guess it's once bitten, twice shy... Hence he adopted that stategy.... Whether it was right or wrong in his part, itstill doesn't warrant such heavy vitriol from you as well. I would defend you the same way if a New member tag person uses the same words for u or lokes or any of the respected members here... If you still feel I'm unnecessarily defending Noorul, then so be it. I can't tell you what and how to think... But just that you both have been here for quite some time... And it's just not good to watch....

First of all, why are you interfering between Noorul and HNI Sambhal. They both discussed and clarified and issue is resolved.

Why did you unnecessary started poking at Noorul? As Anil said, we lost many senior members and we can't afford to lose Noorul or Avenue or other seniors..

We all are here to learn and gain and i would suggest you not to get involved in unnecessary things and mind your business...

I'm writing this because I learnt lot of things from Noorul, Avenue, Lokes & MRavi sir...and i will write to support them, if someone is cornering them...

@suneel u can support anyone u want....and by that logic i can support anyone i want..... I didn't had the problem till it was between two people...but people interfered and cornered someone....so it can't be a one sided game and using a tag of senior just to win an argument.... It started with HNI Sambhal saying "fake statement" about Noorul. Both Noorul and Avenue have asked HNI Sambhal to be careful with his words and both of them haven't asked HNI Sambhal to say sorry...

Its kind guesture from HNI Sambhal to say sorry and close the matter.

Anyhow, i would reiterate again to mind your business and not to interfere in others business. Also, there is no concept of old timers vs new timers...I joined an year back and learnt from many esteemed members in this forum...And old timers always help new comers....Please change your perspective on old timers...

If Noorul or Avenue post was intimidating HNI Sambhal, Admin would have interfered by this time...

@Takamichi... Yes I don't trust New Members who from first message pose as expert and try influencing other new or old members, by giving fake or mollified comments n reviews. I have seen many New Members just keep on posting rubbish just to increase their message count to get Top Contributor Tag.

I also used to do guess work of listing price, selling tips, circuits removal predictions, which can actually be misleading to many specially, as people take our comments too seriously, when it's from Tag member like you. But soon I realized that guess work is not my expertise and after that I massaged only what I know and am sure about to help other members. I can give you many examples where wrong guess work by New Members, Top Contributors or even experts, including you, might have caused loss to many. Also when I noticed that I was getting too much undeserving attention and expectation of all members because of my Guru Tag, I request CG admin to remove mye Guru Tag, we admin thankfully accepted.

Coming back to New Member, one friend (New member) posted a warning message for HNI of increasing competition by helping members here. He suggested that if we have already increased our allotment competition by providing knowledge and information to retailers to become HNI. He might be right actually as we were actually doing so, but still I felt to continue doing it for the mutual benefit. You may refer to those earlier threads because I feel you are supporting that new member.

I am totally against personal attacks and have requested and warned many members, new or old, against it. And it is nothing to with Tag, in fact I am untagged member and you are more values "Top Contributor" member. You may have free time, but please I don’t have so much and I request you to stop it here, even if you are feeling itchy to reply. If you have any specific query or need some help on any IPO thing, please ask me, or any member, any time...

@Takamichi.... I have always tried my best to be helpful to all CG members who need any help and since I think you need it the most as of now, let me help you.

We HNIs have carefully studied the allotment process and rules. We shared our findings and understandings with everyone even new members. We successfully cracked HNI sure allotment with odd lot applications with 50%+ and we even shared that with everyone in this forum. We even informed, replied and clarified anyone who asked how 3 applications at 45 lots would ensure one lot allotment in a 250x HNI subscribed IPO. I am sure you were a "New Member" at that time...

Consider above case, if I have three accounts where I can apply 3 HNI applications for 45 Lots, do you think I am so dumb enough to disclose that number on forum where any photocopier (I am not saying you) can simply copy my lot size at get huge advantage and I miss my sure shot allotment. After all I also want my allotment.

However I still want to contribute my bit to forum members without disclosing my actual lot size of applications. I think three options are available to me to mention on forum -
1. I have applied as HNI.
2. I have applied as an HNI for 43/44 lots.
3. I have applied as an HNI for 45 Los, please don't apply for this lot size.

Option 1 does not include lot size. it may be 2, 20 or 100. It does give any indication of my trust in the IPO. how can it benefit anybody?

Option 2 mentions lot size, a number very near to my actual application. It shows my trust level in IPO meanwhile saving my interest of sureshot allotment.

Options 3 also mentions a lot size, the actual number of my application, with a request to members of not applying for that number. Most of HNIs will follow my request and leave that 45 lots size, but one or two photocopiers members may still copy it. I actually have experienced it.

Now @Takamichi... I am not sure about you, but I will always avoid option 3, as with so many great fighter members here I have lost trust. I am sure if I specify my exact lot size , some photocopier will still copy my lot size and will not even mention here or even say thanks.

I don't know what was Noorul's logic, but this is what I see. I might also have done it and If you in recent past I have totally stopped informing of my HNI main lot size application as I am cautious of photocopiers. Like Noorul said this statement does not cost anybody a penny but will still show my confidence in that particlar IPO thereby helping other HNI applicants.

On other hand I saw your Post on Kandark Digi IPO, in which you expertly commented on 6th Oct, that at the most it hit LC only for 1 - 2 days more. I was about to sell my allotment, but trusting your expert knowledge I held on to that. It kept on LC to LC I think till yesterday and now money is half. Many members see your Top Contributor Tag which will soon become Mentor or Guru and believe in your knowledge...

I hate personal attacks but you started it by bringing my name from nowhere...

I commented on the fact that in this particular thread hni sambhal lo pointed a thing which was right .... If noorul have said that i am aplying in hni with "around" 40 lots it would have been a true statement but he has written applied 40 lots and hni sambhal lo rightly pointed out that it's not the case and noorul did make a fake statement..... Weather 39/40/41 i don't care about it but the statement made by hni sambhal lo was right and he should not been cornered by members...... Here i just took a matter and it was totally matter specific..... Much Ado About Nothing!

After going through this thread, i can't find any logical reason as to why a person would create such an overblown issue regarding 39/40 lots. It seems like a few people enjoy pulling legs of old members in order to vent their frustration and gain temporary happiness by satisfying their ego. Multiple fake accounts are also used by mischievous elements to spread hate and destroy the peaceful fabric of this community.

Therefore, i request all the members to ignore such elements and only engage in constructive discussion. When we do this, these elements won't last longer with fake ids talking to themselves and ultimately loneliness will get the better of them.

Please calm down Mr @Noruul @Takamici.
You both have put your points and we, as naive investors, want expertise guidance. And not Big Boss house.
