This is very small company having small profit and like a normal contractor they have completed small bunglows projects. Will not recommend this to anyone to subscribe.
Only good thing is that this company owner Shashikant recognized “Gujarat nu Gaurav” and get Honor from the Chief Minister (Vijay Rupani) of Gujarat in 2019

It rechristened its name more than three times. It was engaged in the business of real estate since 2015 and has nothing to do with software solutions or life science as appeared in its name.

As of June 30, 2022, it has 6 employees on its payroll.

website pe only 1 project ke 50 photos daal diye alag alag angle se. that too is a project of 7-8 bunglows.. Itna chota sa company, inki aukad se ho jaati hai IPO karne ki!!! FRAUD NIKLEGA yeh.. STAY SAFE, DONT GO WITH IPO EUPHORIA

Interest rates are still rising which is unfavourable for real estate sector.

In FY 22, Revenue has declined but PAT has huge jump. Very surprising.😇

In this period, even when real estate giants are fighting to stay afloat, profit claimed by this company raises eyebrows.

Didnt mention how many projects completed or handing or record book.... No info even on the website other than multiple pictures of same project in gallery section.

at 20/ share valuation looks ok but stressed sector and absent indicators...could be risky bet.... But wont just rule out application... Will wait to see how it goes with further info, subs figures expert advice and GMP before deciding.

They have mentioned the details of completed projects in their website.
