So, actually they are bringing the IPO just to get 6Cr from the public and to sell their own shares of 'so called worth of' about 29Cr.

I have not seen an SME Co bringing the IPO to mainly sell off their shares.

Seems Scary to me. What do you say?

How GMP is unrealistic and manipulated. This was showing a GMP of minus 20% even in CG. Listed in positive with UC in down market. So whom to believe here. HNI not subscribed fully and Retailers 2x. Risk and reward. Difficult to take decision with GMP and subscription figures in future SMEs. SMEs difficult to predict. At present investors making good profits.

Big UC @ 21.50 on. Totally unpredictable.

@Noorul @Lokes, what are your thoughts on SVS Ventures ?
Financials are worst, and even fundamentally its not strong. So what should one do, should one take a "TUKKA" on this IPO.
I remember both of you had taken call in Jayant Infra, which was from the same sector. So how should one take a call on this, what's yours advice ? Is the risk reward ratio favorable ?
Are you guys going to take a "TUKKA" on this ?
TUKKA is a term used by Mr. Shankar Sharma where he invests and he is not sure or in doubt regarding the company, business or the promoter.

There business is completely different than Jayant infra.. yes sector is same but both associated from different theme. Here valuation is too high and too many goofy things about company like changing the name 3 times and sudden jump in 2022 profit is because of sell of other assets .. it's a risky bet .. GMP already running in minus.. I probably skip it

@aaditya: No tukka for me here....i will not apply here for sure as i am not finding it good enough....anyone can decide and apply as per his thinking or risk taking capability...
Rex sealing is better than this in my view for tukka....rest anything unexpected things can also happen in sme's as we know :)
