Hi Nitin,
I am not getting how exactly this alotment is done. One of my friends applied 60 shares for Parsvnath Developers and he got alloted 20 shares. I think the same will be valid for Sobha also(I hope so).How many shares you applied for Sobha Developers?

The only other ipo's i am chasing now are tanla and cairn india. i would rather keep away from all the otheres. after all, there is only that much money which is there.

For your friend very little chance for allotment. any idea you guys got on the basis of allotment

I dont think that i would be allted any shares of Sobha Developers as i have applied for 10 Shares @ 640.
I think i need to wait for intime spectrum to send me my money back. Hope they dont delay the process as they did for Parsvnath Developers.

Hi Nitin, thanks alot for the reply.My friend has applied 50@640 for Sobha developers, as per your comments does it mean that he will not get any alotment is it true?Do you have any idea of the IPOs like Ruchira,Gulshan and LT Overseas?Please let me know.

abhijeet--i am afraid i dont think you would get any shares this time eithre. there may be a proportionate allotment @ 40% for 5-10 shares for your category.

Suresh i guess every 8 out of 10 appilcants with 150 share application should get 10 shares each. 10 @ 750 rs premium should equate to a post listing gain of 7500 rs on an investment of Rs 96000 for 21-24 days which transaltes to a return of 114% annualised.

i have applied for 70 @ 640/-.will anything be alloted to me.had a bad experience in parsvnath.applied 160 @ 300/- but nothing was alloted.pls let me know your views and good luck to all of you.

Sobha Developers IPO oversubscribed 98 times

SDL - sure shot to gain min. 250-300, those not applying will miss big time.

I think SDL is best for long term investments. Invest on IPO and keep it for some time, and am sure will definitely give profit to share holders.

it will not give much listing gains and moreover one will not get the funds for cairn ipo
