I had applied for sobha devlopers but till date i have not received refund amount even after sending one fax on dated 28/12/06 and sending mail on 1/1/07 no reply comes now. kindly what can i do to resole this problem

No of share applied-50 (fifty).
Date of bid-29/11/06.
Name of syndicate- Morgan stanley A'bad.
I have neither received share not received the refund order till 28/12/06. kindly send the payment immediately.

I applied for sobha developers issue and havent recieved the refund yet.i was surprised to see that all the phone lines were jammed since morning and if at all ring goes no body bothers to pick up the phone.I mailed intime spectrum ppl but no reply as yet.I am facing the same problems which you wrote.Kindly tell me what should i do to resolve the issue.My 90000rs are stuck.HELP

Recvd the refund directly to my ICICI bank account. I have had no problems till now with Intime regarding refund.....hope it continues to be the same in future... i hope SEBI sets some guidelines for all registrars to refund within a particular time (say 1 week)... 1 month is a long time in IPO world..........

Sobha developers refund amount not yet received. Intime Spectrum Registry is very bad, that is not atall good registrar. So, please refer complaints to SEBI all aggrived persons. Every IPO like that. And also Still we have to receive 3 lanco and one Parsvnath applications refundable amount around Rs.2 lakhs. Nobody is taking action against the above said registry why. Everybody is facing the problems with the above registrar. No phone is working and always engage, no mails are receiving and not atall replied to any mail. PLEASE TAKE ACTION, PLEASE TAKE ACTION, PLEASE TAKE ACTION.

where does sobhas refund come...is it comes in direct to my aacount like prsvnath or is its comes by DD ?

Sobha is trading at Rs (1150-1200) 500 premium..in gray market in Ahmedabad.

Expect fire crackers on Listing day if market bounce back continues.

HNI ready to pay 1300 to increase exposure.

the grey market premum is 500 rs.. that is for sure in aahmedabad that is the premium.
any body else has clue about tanla ipo. what rughly is the premium.
does anyone know what is it quoting at hyderabad stock exchange
