Valuations are good. Company earning around 20% profit on its revenue.
*Only issue is, Promoters came up with OFS only!!! No plough back into business!!
*Will they be able to maintain profits with fast changing Auto & electronic industry???
*No fancy with punters, issue seems trapped between BIG issues. Had it been a stand alone IPO, जनता टूट कर पड़ती!!😜😜

Pure secondary IPO with no money going to the Company but frankly given the cash flow profile and negligible debt, the Company doesn''t need much capital either. For me its a quasi play on the global / Indian auto / electrical goods industry since there is where all their products are used. In that sense, a good hedge because car / appliances brands may come and go but need for their products will always remain so long as they continue to execute well. Also, the Company will be adversely affected by metals / crude oil prices and the historical period for which financials are presented are for a scenario when metal / crude oil price was benign. Surely priced expensively but in this market there is nothing that is cheap. All in all, a decent Company and I''d like to have it in my portfolio for the long term but I won''t be over enthusiastic about allotment through an IPO. Keep minting!

Too many IPOs around this IPO. Very narrow niche segment. Take call only on last day of the IPO. Listing time can be dicey from stock market point of view
