Sebi orders forensic audit if Brightcom group

Sebi had ordered a forensic audit of books of accounts of the company on September 16, 2021. However, the company released the letter to exchanges on February 28, 2022 only.

The Sebi letter said, "Disclosure of financial information and business transactions dealt in a manner which may be detrimental to the interest of investors." According to Sebi, the auditors will look into the financial statements of Brightcom for the period of FY15-FY20.

Earlier the price was 35 ,now the greed part comes up , revised to 50 ...eps was approx 19 that time ... Some Expert account team at work .
But it's good to know a new country ' New Jersey " . Hope the people who get , earn good money

Not to say much , but if some one can roam in manesar Gurgaon ...easily can find the company .
If someone know sainik farm is a residential/disputed area .
SEBI can justify the ballooning valuation of Paytm . Same way it can do anything.
It's hard to get out from troubling SME . Rest every one is intelligent enough .

On 10 March there is UP election results are coming .. and shigan listing date is 11 March.. there will be any negative impact on this listing ? Pls suggest

SME ipos are controlled by small amount of folks..so they don't get much affected by news.. mostly operator driven. Recent eg madhavbaug..

Subscription may be around 40× NII and 30× for RII.

Any View please, is it gd to apply in this ipo or should follow Mr.Dilip Davda review??
