Speculation (GUESS) :- The activity of guessing possible answers to a question without having enough information to be certain.

Members here sharing their views. Nobody is committing any thing. In Share Market do you think that these SEBI Registered members are 100% correct. Has SEBI given them 100% marks for their all reviews. They are professionals and charge for their views. Do you believe that Mr D D has always been correct in all his reviews. To believe in his review is personal. His way of comments is in same way. If members have well informed sources, why they have to wait for the comments of others to invest.
It is very difficult to be a human being. Forget to become God. @BLUE WHALE is right, he is not God. All members have right to express his views here. You have already expressed it and I have no right to stop you. Here members are taking their own decision. Share Market is something in the morning and other in closing. 250 pts positive in morning and 930 pts negative in closing just in the last few days. It is always better not to disrespect any member of this forum directly or indirectly, either young or old.

Do you believe that Mr D D has always been correct in all his reviews. (Except cases like pumping the price & scrip goes in ASM LT Stage 1) .. DD Sir is right but when big fish 🐟 enters and jack up the price at that time DD is proved wrong .. But Fundamentally DD is Right .. Just see the listing. Your views were not in favor to apply. Chances of losing the funds was your opinion. You were true in your thinking.
I had not post any comments in this SME. It was but natural. Big size issue with high pricing, resulted in flat listing. Issue was also not subscribed in good numbers. Member who gave negative comment against your post, it was his thought. Who could not sell in pre-open, might be a looser. LC now, seems difficult to exit. I didn't apply. Not good on first day of new year.

​@rohiitian , fundamentally I don't know.
But from what I've seen IPO's above 50 Cr without QIB quota struggle to list well.
So, its a test for LM and promotors to arrange the funds to ensure good listing.

Even a company like Vishnu Surya projects didn't list too well given its big issue size (after listing though it was a different story).
So - If you are a listing player then this IPO may not offer you much of listing pop.
But, if one understands fundamentals well and don't mind holding for a longer period then they can study and take risk accordingly.

​@GrayIsTheNewBlack  Main thing in SME is that medium-high GMP biz will get 500-800x oversubscribed (irrespective of fundamentals), while a no-GMP biz will likely be assured allotment with just a 10-20 lot application. The corelation between GMP & listing pop is not perfect; a few high GMP stocks list flat / minor profit, and many zero-low GMP stocks list with strong pop, or hit continuous UCs, with very easy allotment. But people dismiss for unconvincing reasons (poor LM record, no QIB, "high" PE of 15 etc.) or don't give reason at all.

Hence feels like simple fundamentals is enough to differentiate between poor zero-GMP biz (eg. Graphisads) and good zero-GMP biz (eg. Shree OSFM recently, but many examples in the last few months - Canarys, Swasthik etc) and get assured allotments instead of lottery everytime.

​@rohiitian , I'm didn't mention GMP at all in my response.
The only issue I see is size of the IPO (62 Cr) and that too without QIB quota.

You can check the history of listing of such IPO's (50Cr+ without QIB quota), it hasn't been that promising.
If you think the company is good for long term, then you can definitely apply.
But applying for listing gain in extremely risky in this one.
