These all SME IPOs, the way comes as can be allotted to may 2000 people, they get more subscription and take one week to refund the money to non-allottees. Some kind of scam to earn from interests? anyone has any insight?

In this no scam can be performed.

1. They take only the days which are permissible for this procedure .

2. If me or you apply, the money remains in our account till the allotment is
done and is deducted only, if allotment has been made.

will you apply in any SME IPO based on last performance by LM....every issue have plus and minus....

I consider financials and promotors also......yes...past IPOs of promotors matters if they had not performed well...

Interesting business model but company is in nascent stage, only 4 years old. Big jump in financials in last 1 year makes one suspicious. Huge borrowings are also a big issue. Company should have waited for some more time to prove its worth. Very risky bet.
