i had applied 135 shares. but there is no allotment for me. what's the reason. anybody suggest me please..

I am trying to check my allotment status in intime's web site but there is no name with Renaissance Jewellery Limited in its pop down.

Can some one help please??

The IPO also comes with 1 warrant for every 2 shares.

These warrants can be converted to equity shares at 25% premium to IPO price after 16 months.

This would mean a conversion price of Rs 187.5. If Renaissance Jewellery lists above Rs 187.5, the warrant will also have a positive intrinsic value. The warrants will be listed too and can be sold off separately.

(A warrant is like a long-term call option of Rs 187.5 strike price).

If the warrants are converted to shares after 16 months, the number of shares outstanding will be 21021560 (2.1 crore shares).

I have been alloted 64 shares and 32 warrants. What does the Warrants mean? What am I supposed do with that. Any info on this will be much appreciated.

DOES ANYONE HAS A IDEA WHAT'S THAT ABOUT.

renaissence jewellery allotment is out. I have got 45 shares. I had applied for 90 shares

I APLLY 8 LOTS DO I GOT ALLOTMENT OR NOT

I got 64 shares for the application of 16 lots.
No refund in ICICI yet.

Allottment can be checked at intime's site and credit for refund is also there in HDFC Bank's accounts Delhi

Not Yet, I have checked on intime site and in my accnt. May be tomorrow.

I too got my refund amount to HDFC account.
I got 59 shares for the application of 13 lots.

I have recd. refund in HDFC Bank. Calculating from it, I have recieved 45 shares, had applied for 405.

ALLOTMENT ON 6TH/7TH,FIRM ALLOTMENT OF54/59/64 FOR TOP 3 CATEGORIES RESPECTIVELY
