GOOD NEWS FOR EVERY BODY THERE IS REMOURE IN GREY MARKET THAT RENAISSANCE IS GOING TO LIST @ RS 100/- PREMIUM.

Haven't received the refund in ICICI Direct yet. Anybody
who has similar issue?

Thanks for information on Warrants. My next question is, are warrants free or I have to pay for it. And when can I sell them and how? And if I am to convert them into shares after 16 months, what will be the procedure to do that.

at what price are these warrants issued or is it free ?

the warrants are issue to shareholders with the shares. the warrants have a maturity period. at the maturity period they can be converted into shares. these shares come at a discounted rate then the current market price. to check the details of the warrants you need to refer to the Red Herring prospectus as it would have been mentioned there. The warrants are tradeable entity in the Stock Exchange and they will reflect as seperate entity in your demat accounts. When Orbit Corporation was listed the company had also issued warrants. Today these warrants are trading on the Exchange as well. Those who have got allotments consider the warrants as icing on the cake. cheers and happy inveesting!!!!
