Considering IPO dilution, the company will achieve an eps of around Rs 1 for FY 2010.

Assuming the IPO gets done at Rs 64/share, post-IPO the company will have Rs 30.67 per share.

Pre-IPO: 1,25,00,000 Equity shares.

Post-IPO: 2,40,00,000 Equity shares.

----------------------------------------------------

Basically, what the promoters are doing is that they are raising cash for a massive capacity expansion.

The current networth of the company is just Rs 15.25 crore.

Another 73.6 crore will be raised for the public.

This money will be used to expand the capacity from 14,25,000 cases/month to 30,00,000 cases/month and modernization of the existing plant.

If the expansion goes as planned and earnings improve, both promoters and IPO investors will benefit.

If things don't go as planned, promoters don't have much to lose - the current networth of the company is just Rs 15 crore.

The company's eps may go up to Rs 3 or Rs 4 if the expansion is completed smoothly and the extra capacity is utilized fully.

Even then the price of 64 would be considered expensive.

There is great risk and little reward in this IPO.

I am a frequent visitor to this forum. But this is my first post here.

I had experienced Gains and Loses in few IPOs.

I had read few reviews and totally agree with the point "It's business is Limited to GOA", "Distilleries business is linked with Politics".

I am avoiding this Issue.

Wish all the best for RaviKumar Distilleries Business expansion plan.

Hanung Toys is under SEBI scanner for manipulating the share price.
of course Management denied the allegations in CNBC TV.
Lower target is 170.
But as suggested by Sreedhar, fundamentally it is a good stock.

You are right Mr.Natarajan.

I also bought Hanung toys yesterday @222 and today @209.65. It is good stock. It may hit some more LC in coming days and will bounce back quickly once it settles down.

I am following SreeDhar's suggestion and see good accuracy overall than others.

104.CLD,

Don't expect immediate returns in any share. With many companies under SEBI's scanner for unfair practices, even good ones get beaten down. I also bought some Hanung Toys today. I am not worried as it is my decision and I know I can get profit if I wait for the right time.

When people made money buying LIC Housing and PNB on the suggestion given by Sreedhar where did you go?

Dear Sreedhar
You have puchased on 07.12.10 Hanung Toys at 221 & then again at 215 for a target of 250. The Share has hit the lower circuit today. Where has your prediction gone. What is your stretigy now. Buy more at lower circuit today or wait for one more lower circuit tomorrow.

Hello Members I am observing that Members instead of discussing about Ravikumar Distilleries Ltd.IPO on this Board are discussing about AtoZ, SCI,Power Grid etc. IPOs. Even some members are discussing about Koutorons etc.
I request all the Boarders to discuss only about the particular IPO for which the Board is meant. No mixing up of IPOs in one Board. I hope all the members will follow this rule to have meaningful disccussion/reading.

This is just number game & nothing else till we see Q3 result.

Based on this number game, I bought HCC around 37.75 (including transaction charges) & sold at 45.85 (including sell transaction). It clicked. Similar logic I have applied here & bought 400 shares. Another 400 I may buy at lower levels. Let us see what will happen???????

99. Ravi. Bangalore,
I am not for buying Koutons for long term. It is only for short term trading. It again hit lower circuit today after some wandering. Market movement did not help it either. May be I will start buying it in small quantities from tomorrow on and will increase the quantity if it goes down further.
