Regarding Paras defence 20 PERCENT rally today, people are saying the main reason behind is the news of forming an associate company(Krasny) by paras. But i have a BIG doubt...

The stock had already hit upper circuit at 10:30AM. The Board meeting ended at 10:20PM and meeting PDF notice was uploaded on BSE/NSE at 10:50 AM........so how it is possible for people to know the meeting result before 10:30AM.....how the upper circuit was reached???????????

There can be only 2 reasons:
The reason behind upper circuit was not the board meeting and related decision.
OR
The meeting outcome was already known by the traders before the public announcement(10:50AM PDF upload on NSE/BSE)

Two lc now again uc. Guess till it comes out of T2T segment, it will be yo yo stock.

8th upper cerkit in pre open... 9:15 min me sidha upper nikal gaya uske baad BSE me lower lagne ke bad to nahi khula lekin NSE me 9:18 min tak khula tha.. High volatility.. Anyway enjoy 175 ka maal 678 😉

Earlier I thought the uc were due to small size. Now I think this stock was grossly undervalued during book building.
