Overlapping with three good IPOs. Don't expect strong oversubscription. Good chances of allotment and risky too.

Negatives:

1. No MOAT. Metal and Mineral Processing is no rocket science for sure.
2. Product Manganese oxide is used in Fertilizers etc. But people are moving towards ORGANIC (long way to go but still…)
3. Window dressing in financials is clearly visible in financials (as pointed out by Davda Sir as well)
4. Highly priced. Doesnt make sense.
5. Too many paid newbies promoters show how desperately promoters want to throw garbage in retailers hand. Kamal hai!
6. LM is okay-okay types. Had some bad surprises in the past though.

In Short, Save Money for better opportunities like India Bulls Rights issue, Park Hotels etc.

Just trying to help my CG friends to save their capital by avoiding these types of IPOs.

This IPO is a big AVOID for me.
