Dear folks (Specially Retailers)

Let me clear my view, which might understood by some and talking nonsense.

From the beginning when its GMP was 17~20 and DD Sir comment was NEGATIVE listing, no one was very much interested to even apply in this script.

All of sudden I saw that GMP increased sharply in 1 day from 20-40-80 and reached on 120, as it was mentioned in CG

I live in Bikaner and I apply 8 BHNI applications in every IPO. So seeing the such high rise of GMP, I wanted to sell and apply bcz I don't see any value in this company / sector, just same as DD Sir is with negative view.

I tried to sell through local brokers in Bikaner but no way was ready to buy at more than 100, so I mentioned there is no buyer at 120 for me, therefore I came CG to anyone contact me, I wanted to short this IPO. I had my conviction that this GMP won't sustain till listing.

Folk, hope your have not forgotten MANGAL ALLOYS IPO, where gmp raised all sudden and later brokers backed off.

I didn't want this thing with me again, I connected with the broker, whom I trust that he won't back off again, if such thing happens.

You can check my messages , I mentioned :-

1. Apply with full force *(just bcz premium is so good)
2. Sell and apply, Sell in s2 and Sell on listing.
3. I mention "20-120 120-40", just to indicate that the way it raised, it can fall any time, but some "TUBELIGHTS" doesn't understand short wording.
4. I still wanted to sell bigger qnty in grey, as I have no clue abt what is good in this IPO.
The last day, when GMP on CG was declared by some members 140~147, I could only sell it at 120 with my local broker, so I sold. If he could offer me 130~140 as mentioned on CG, I could have sold a bigger qnty.
5. I nowhere said there is NO BUYERS, I said there is NO BUYERS around me at the gmp shown on CG.

So if some "C" calls me BHEDIYA, So I have right to call him ULLU.

Mere chakkar mai Janta itni gumrah ho gayi ki IPO 325 hi subscribe hua, seems praised word, MAI BAHUT BADI BRAND BHAN gaya hu and people blindly follow me.

This MAHAVIR PRASAD GUPTA and some others, who is talking negative about me. My view is same with DD Sir view, I am still negative on this IPO, So I sold as I am not greedy.

I wanted not to loose to book a good premium opportunity, which I lost in MANGALAM, SJ LOGISTICS and many others.

I am not greedy like MPG and others.

Everyones view can be differs from others, It doesn't mean you can use abusive language and so I challenged that gang to buy from me through CG but no one contacted me through CG

Dear CG members (Mainly Retailers)

Let me clear my points to end this going on argument with Mahavir Prasad Ji and some other members.

If you see this IPO, the sharp increase of GMP doesnt justify its valuation. Seem like a operator game to me.

As an investor, when I was not ready to make my mind even to apply in this IPO and AVOID RATING BY D.D. SIR, all of sudden GMP increased, due to some rumors that someone sold big qnty at 30rs, so he is trapped now with rising GMP and this is why GMP increasing blah blah types of stories.

So, what is wrong, when I am suggesting members, which is my own views that if premium suddenly rose to 120 *(As mentioned here) than there is no need to be greedy and better APPLY FULL FORCE with SELL IN S2 or SELL N APPLY or SELL on LISTING.

When premium on CG was mentioned 120 here, I approached my local brorkers btw I live in BIKANER, here no broker was ready to buy at 120 and best they were offering me 100.

So I mentioned, if someone wants to buy at 120 than I like to short it due to I believe that this GMP won't sustain on listing, as I found no buyers around me at 120.

I didn't mention that there are NO BUYERS. I mentioned NO BUYERS @120 around me.

My views can be different from some other persons view, it doesn't mean that I am BEDIYA type of person.

If DD SIR is giving AVOID rating does it mean that he is an Idiot ?? or he is BEDIYA too ??
Why no one blames him for his negative rating, where so many IPO of his negative rating is performing too good.

MAVAVIR PRASAD JI, I think you were reading my messages in hurry and misunderstood, as I leaved short messages for SMART GUYS to understand fast.

For example
I agree I mentioned "20~120 120~40"
It means I believe that it can rise so sharp, so it can fall so sharp too, so be cautious and Better SELL in S2.
Did I mention it is 40 now ? but It was my indication in hurry that such thing can happen, which can be bit confusing for some persons to understand who are "TUBELIGHTS". Please don't take it on heart.

Don't you remember MANGALAM ALLOYS history ??? GMP RISE SHARP AND GMP FALL SHARP....Later brokers backed off .......

So for such type of IPO (Owais), if you were getting nearly 150% GMP, its better to Sell n Apply or Sell in S2.

Premium kept rising but in BIKANER city, I was not getting good offer and on final day, when premium rose 140+ on CG, I could sell 2 lots at 120 in Bikaner.

SO I SOLD, I AM NOT GREEDY.

I really wanted to sell more qnty, if I could get 140, which was mentioned in CG.

Not a single person from CG, contacted me, asking my contact number from admin to buy at 140, this is why I challenged that what is mentioned here, its fake and I believe it won't sustain, as I don't find any buyer at such high premium of 140.

So MAHAVIR JI .....mind your language.

If MORGAN STANLEY says YES BANK can fall to 16 and CLSA says it will rise to 40 on national tv, you are just nobody to blame anyone. Do your due diligence and you are free to take your own position but you have no right to abuse some other person, who differs from your view.

Now, I am done for what I wanted to say.

I have booked my profit at 120 and I recommended to "APPLY FF" but SELL n APPLY or SELL in S2, I am still firm on my this recommendation.

I don't see value in this company, just as DD SIR didn't see.

Alloted 1600 shares. Money debited from account yesterday. Got share credit msg too yesterday at 1 pm... but shares are not yet credited to my dmat account till yet.

Shares got credit. Yesterday bank account got debited and today received allotment mail around 4 pm. But around 6 pm got below message that
"INR 139200.00 credited to A/c no. XXXXXX on 01-03-24 at 17:26:17 IST. Info- UPIP2MPAY/DECLINE/40601233"

Shares are not available in demat account and money is credited back.

Is it expected???

Tomorrow Sat there is Special session for close to 1:45 mins with a gap to check for Disaster Recovery readiness. So is there any possibility that this IPO is getting listed tomorrow or it will list at scheduled date of 4th Mar.

Everytime I said apply full force. I was not getting 120 premium from my broker, so I said no one is ready to buy at this premium, they are offering me 100 only.

Go read again, if still you don't see, go check your eyes or brain.
