also compare to some past listings available at discount this ipo's cagr is 25% whereas other viz ramky, tecpro, orient and eros all gave compund annual growth return at 50% and minus tecpro all other ipo bombed as trading settled in days and weeks. plus realty and infra are quite volatile stocks, you win big or lose big. so this was the reason i booked profits at 290 and didn't got greedy.

You must be knowing Oberoi gave 15% discount in nav of it's current holding shares so current price of 290-295 is fair value. As I've exited this stock and I don't have any interset I'll be unable to say anything now which can be dangerous for your money. :(
