And one more reason is Heavy offloading of stake by promotors / Existing Share Holders of the company in the disguise of IPO. Actually these are not IPO but OFS. Very little money out of these so called IPO remains with company which can be used for expansion.

JDS... Well nobody knows what will happen in future. Moreover I only applied in this ipo to just get the allotment. I have been applying in the IPO for the last 2 yes never ever got allotment. Not even in Cartrade. Just wanted to break the jinx 😃

Think positive brother. In August month the market will be like this. From next month onwards all mid and small caps shares will boom. We should have patience.
Im new to share market, started in June month. Within 3 months, I got Clean science, Tatva, Glenmark and now Nuvoco IPO. I am happy because I didnt allocate for cartrade ipo.

Nuvoco type of IPOs are required to weed out excess retail punting and multiple IPO applications. It is good to have periodic issues like Windla, Nuvuco etc...
