if it is cheaper than UltraTech, shri cements, Ambuja , ACC , and is offered at discount to large 4 players, Instutional , especially FPIs will buy as their horizon is little longer.

4905 is your buy rate ,4953 is your buy rate +taxes +brokerage.since that is your real amount spent it shows that in portfolio.U may check this in your contract statement sent to u on settlement through mail in detail .Hope it helps

@Stefan...Did you have some shares of the some company from before?...If so, you may have the earlier shares at higher price like 5000 or something. After buying at 4905...it averaged at 4950. What is the total quantity of the said share with you?

But I am not impressed by this RJ investment, many times he invest and later stock goes down. We got to know when he invest but when he left we don''t know that part.

My doubts are..it could have listed on Friday , but it didn''t. What Will happen on Monday we don''t know ,but what happened on Friday we Didn''t see it coming although someone (RJ) did.

Be there any play, worried people will be absorbed in the range of 580 as much as there should be huge buy bid in this range to protect the issue price as because if the price goes below the issue price at any point of time in the day and does not bounce back but remain there for sometime ,it means sentiment has gone negative and players will not find any interest in it at least at this point of time. But possibility of such an adverse , even in a weak market, is very thin as because the number of floating shares is smaller than what it had to be and most of such shares are in ''hard core hand'' who will not give up the weapon until they are confimed that the things have gone a wrong way. One thing must be kept into mind that these two ipo faced liquidity crunch for obvious reason . So in case the issue price is sustained even for 15 to 30m , new hunters besisdes the QIB and big players will flock in and the price will go up by and by. Worried friends may try with half or have some patience as they deem proper.

What you wrote is hope and has no economical fundamental. Who wins to sustain opening price around IPO price? If i am QIB and can hope to buy it cheaper why should not i do so?

Base thinking on some kind of logic not hope. Give examples where your logic had worked?

Please note that I have told ''be there any play.'' So its neither my hope nor any despair.
Economical, fundamental, research ,logic etc are useful tools but it can''t ensure the proceedings as per the depiction at least in short term like IPO.
Examples, comparison etc in share market is a fool''s paradise as each case is uniue in nature and


any resemblance is only incidental.
The QIB and big players are aware of the sentiment of the retailers relevant to the case on point to point basis. They act upon in various ways depending on their own estimates.Common people are unaware of the forthcoming. So, if your thinking matches ,you will be benefited.
It is normally seen that if a share goes below the issue price on the day of listening and settled, doing much is not impending.
Listing of Nuvoco may be different from that of Cartrade for lower number in the hands of retailers and nii (about 28% instead of 50%).
It will depend on what methodology is adopted to snatch the floating shares ,out of the prominents like 1) lathicharge 2)pyarse 3) dhime dhime 4)pahle tum 5) pahle mai etc or any combination.
You have told of QIB''s right to buy at lower price . We have no objection but it may not be always possible because that platform is also competitive.

What''s your strategy on the listing day if the scripe lists at -5% to -10%? Sell, hold or average it? I have not applied for the IPO though.

chances of negative listing are less but if list negative wait at least Tuesday session for clear picture its my personal suggestion u can do any thing

TO ALL THE RETAILERS :
one big thing we all need to take care and follow if we don''t want much negative listing is that dont put your sell orders at much below price in pre opening....just to sell the holding in pre opening i am seeing people are advising and putting two much low price just to sell at listing price....but you need to understand that these low price sell orders only responsible for keep the listing price down and making loss for us indirectly...
So request everyone not to put sell order below 550 in this ipo....And in all other ipo''s we should follow this
