Linkintime is a fraudulent Registrar for IPO. They just tie up with QIB and NII promoters and manipulate the IPO''s.

SEBI Should come up with strict rules of allotment of shares to public. Itz called IPO and normal public never gets the shares and most of them are allotted to QIB and NII.

NII - 25 %
Retailers - 25%
Rest 25 % can be allotted to company''s Preference (Employees, Sister Concern Shareholders or can be allocated equally again in QIB NII and retailers.)

Itz a serious issue and SEBi should look into this and act as 70% of common man is not getting allotment in IPO''s..
