Then it is very risky.

There was very bad experience to the investors of Apollo Microsystems which was listed in T2T and allotees could not get out of the free fall of the stock continuously with lower circuit till below 100/- when issue price was 275/- and still could not attain its issue price till date.

Better to stay away from Nureca

Very small ticket IPO of just 100 Crore. Allotment will be really tough in retail category. Another important thing to note that the company has high revenues and PAT figure in first HY 2021. Question is whether this is another window dressing of financials.

Company is known for Dr Trust brand products like blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, thermometers, nebulizers, self monitoring glucose devices, humidifier and steamers. other two brands namely Dr Physio for Orthopedic category products like electric massagers, wheelchairs and walkers, and Trumom for mother care and child care products.

Don''t know if this company has any relationship with Nectar Pharma. Since current CMD Saurabh Goyal has worked in Nectar life sciences, and Non exe Director Ms Smita Goyal is still with Nectar Bio pharma.

Revenue recorded 122% CAGR over FY18-FY20, PAT grew by 44% CAGR during the FY 18-20 period. But the most surprising part EBITDA and PAT became almost 5.7x in 1HFY21 compared to FY20 performance. (not digestible easily)

Debtor cycle also improved from 47days in FY20 to merely 6 days in 1HFY21. Surprising all good has come in this 6 month April to September 2021.

Dr Trust was previously marketed under the umbrella of Nectar Biopharma (check the box of material if u ordered previously) and Nectar Biopharma was the subsidiary of Nectar.
Recently family deed and partnership deed of Nectar modified to create this Nureca.

Relatively a very new company, incorporated in 2016 not much to look in the past as the company is still in its initial stage. Valuations are aggressive as compared to the consistency in the revenue and profitability.

Issue size is just 200 Crore and retail portal is only 10%.

Issue size is 100cr not 200

I think FY21 revenues and EPS may not be sustainable,if so valuations are again stretched.
