Guys - what''s your thought on NII sub? Planning to apply for 6-7 lots but given the current sub, it seems it will be in the 50% expected range...your thoughts pls.
Nupur invested around 10 crore (around 60% of it´s net worth) in real estate company Omaxe Ltd in FY2021. The investment has nothing to do with it´s core business. If it´s the same company that IPOed in 2007 then Omaxe has steadily eroded investor wealth https://www.chittorgarh.com/ipo/omaxe_ipo/100/ Nupur bought after Omaxe had a steep fall in stock price and lost around 70% of it´s market cap in July20. Why even buy such a stock, Operating cash flows for FY22 first qtr are aslo negative Correct me if i´ve got any facts wrong
This fact will impact the subscription to some extent. Let''s see the final figures on last day and decide. SME''S are always risky bet. You can loose upto 50% of you capital. Please think and decide. That''s all. Thanks.
Yes Me bahot din se sme ipo pe watch rakh rahi hu(not apply till now because of fund issue but may be future may i will apply definitely) Jo reasonable price par ipo aate he and subscription achcha hota he most of up hi open hote he

Considering the demand for this right now it will surely list @100% profit ,may go like prevest also
what the hell, SME IPO on 1st day 6 times. That to SME IPO size is decent. Any suggestion in HNI, how many LOTs I should apply to get one lot looking at the current status of subscription?
Basically a sophosticated Kabariwala/ scrap dealer. Sorry if that sounded offensive. But thats the first thing coming to mind looking at its website. Set up 2 years ago, valuing the company at 125 crores. The only Hype, yes that seems to be a hype .... 200 EV stations this fiscal. Why should I apply? Listing gain....Maybe. Long term hold....?? If you think it is a long term bet, better to buy from secondary market. Considering the SME risk: Reward ratio.... Decision tilting towards avoiding... Will see final subscription figures on last day before deciding for sure. It seems it will be fairly oversubscribed. So the management obviously knows how to extract money from the market...Thats a credit. Data Patterns and MapMyindia will absorb most of the funds. Lets see if something remains for other issues.
Why have so many new members suddenly sprang up to act like cheerleaders for this one? The subs figures seems an illusion. Not even the mainline IPOs get 6x in HNI subs on the first day. Now it seems my decision is made. I am avoiding. Wont regret even if it lists on a huge premium. Better to be sure before applying.
how would they fake HNI investments ? where would they get funds to apply 6 times over?
also a glorified kabadiwala ? they extract metals and process them..thats a bit more than that..
accounts could possibly be cooked yes but seems their promoters already were in metal scrap business and have also other such buisnesses running in parallel..its not entirely unlikely for business to have grown given demand for such metals and higher prices recently.

I thought of applying in this SME IPO. But, on a second thought , it''s Financials seem cooked up , along with ECS hype . Seems to be a trap.

@kiaan Exactly! The EV tag along with miraculous financials seemed quite unbelievable. Its surprising how the promoters were able to grow their business multifold so rapidly. I''ve never seen such growth in any business. The financials may be cooked which is the only big concern i have. If anything looks too good to be true, its usually isn''t.
