RHP page 101 it says they have not entered into collaboration agreement with EVIT for EV chargers and battery exchange.
RHP page 116 it says except below, they are not party to any collaborations ( and they have mentioned EVIT)
Which one is it then? Have they entered any agreement or not.. what am I missing?
Also there''s nothing on their website related to ev theme.
Plus the collaboration, if it''s there at all, does not provide clarity on the role of NRL as to what they will do..it seems EVIT will do everything..
Thoughts welcomed

I read an article where is was written that they were ''planning'' to setup 200 EV charging points. Rhp discrepancy and this news article seemed very vague... Looks like they just want to take advantage of EV tag. Apart from this, financials look fake and cooked up. How can a company go from 3 lakh profit to 10 cr profit within 1 year? Never seen such insane growth in any company. And why did they invest 10cr in a wealth eroder company like Omaxe LTD? Financials look too good to be true.

One of the sites is showing discount of Rs.4 - 5 on Nupur Recyclers Ltd. and AVOID rating has been given. And Chittorgarh.com (Dilip Davda ji) has given it - May apply rating. To whom we can trust and follow? I am in great dilemma.

Hi Dinesh, i am definitely applying in this ipo ...no other thought, no confusion, it''s a clear apply. Within three years, it has grown tremendously. Soon after its page opening, I have gone through it and decided to apply in this. FOCE I will skip, eurobond I will apply if HNI crosses 2-3 times in that.
@lokes, @Dinesh, I second your opinions. I will also apply in this. its look good and could be a mid - term bet for good returns.
@lokes Eurobond looks all good, except LM. lets see on last day response. FOCE looks good. but the valuation is too high, very risky, I will avoid also.
Visiting SME section after a while, after reading Noorul''s remark in Mappy discussions and I am glad he referred this, otherwise I was gonna miss this. I tried to get into SME IPO last time but either they were bad and in good ones I did not get allotment. So I still have to start in SME and think this looks like a safe bet to start. Can anyone give rough estimate on how many lot application will be required for 1 lot confirmed allotment. Thanks

@Avenue Same here, but I am new in SME. I want to apply in NUPUR first time. If anyone have any guidance kindly reply us. Thank u very much
@Avenue @Jlgar, SME are risky, but can give good returns compare to main board if lucky
This SME is little bigger size. Looks good to apply. I expect 10 Lots to get a good chance of allotment as of now. As you know, we never know until final figures
Follow up this thread for more input and comments before closure of IPO
Thanks

this much of sudden subscription and 3 new members posting first time here in nupur forum only, are raising some doubts now for me. its clearly advertisement here and may be falsely increased subscription figures. There is no past record of this LM also. Lets see.

@csk @sbipo: yes sme''s are risky mainly because of its lot size. In mainboard, you are getting shares allotted for 15K only but there here its around 1.25 lakh approx. So profit/loss can also be similar way in terms of percentage. Both risk and reward can be too much here in any ipo in terms of actual money. And everyone has different level of funds available, funds need and different level of risk capacity, accordingly only everyone should choose to apply and accordingly should choose about selling/holding after allotment. MRavi can take a risk which i can''t take and i can take a risk which many others can''t take. So observe yourself, read comments, understand, calculate risk/reward as per individual''s and then apply as per own opinion.
